We are looking for a Business Performance Finance Analyst M/F on a permanent contract at our site in Templemars (59).

What’s the job?

Financial Analysis

  • Support the Sourcing Director by providing key financial analysis
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting of commercial KPIs such as shipments, cost price changes, synergies, and rebates
  • Prepare monthly reports, perform gap analyses, and provide insightful commentary
  • Analyze and validate cost price changes
  • Manage the entire rebate collection process
  • Collaborate with various departments to prepare and align on commercial finance KPIs
  • Conduct deep-dive performance analysis and identify areas for improvement

Data Integrity

  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of data across all relevant systems
  • Design and implement new reporting tools using Excel and Power BI
  • Extract and manage large datasets and update existing reports

Operational Support

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to generate insights and recommend improvements to reporting and processes
  • Work closely with regional team members to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
  • Create impactful data visualizations and present findings to stakeholders

What you’ll bring

  • Strong excel skills particularly ability to manipulate and use efficiently high volumes of data
  • Power BI will be a huge advantage.
  • Ability to distil data into meaningful insight and present key headlines succinctly.
  • Fluent in English and French
