Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced technician to join our DEXIS Diagnostics Service team in France for a temporary contract (approximately 9 months with possibility to extend). IMG Technician will conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. They will further diagnose system failures and determine most cost-effective solution, responding to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support for hotline calls/CRM cases by all technical means available (phone, remote, video tools, etc)
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues on DEXIS imaging products
- Intervenes on site to install, repair or maintain the equipment supported by the DEXIS Imaging team.
- Provides Trainings in DEXIS training site or on-site to distributors/end customers and internal technician
- Organization and Monitoring of personal spare parts stock.
- Preparation of quotes, delivery notes and invoices requests.
- Actively fills the CRM according to the requested criteria and any other tools provide by Dexis.

Job Requirements:
Experience and qualifications:
- Technician specialized in electronics, IT and/or automation.
- BTS training with computer or electronics
- Preferred 2 years of experience in a similar function.
- Excellent in planning and organization
- Engaged self-starter with problem solving skills
- Great communicator and team player
- Valid Driving license B
- Knowledge of SAP software is a plus.
- Knowledge of office tools in a Microsoft Windows environment
- French : Native language, English professional
